I have read some reports of sudden file loss in ext3 on lkml in the last days, so I do not recommend it. The other three are fine, I am using reiserfs, without probs, others use XFS or JFS as a matter of taste. Good news for XFS friends, it got added to 2.4.24-pre1, so when 2.4.24 is released, the stress of patching is gone.
