I actually donīt know. But all I use for sound is amaroK with gstreamer outputting via alsa. Donīt see any need for arts there. As for the rest, I do what I allways do - make make it up along the way. :) But reading this thread further I might give dmix a try. Best regards, Andreas Karlsson
