(You should be able to > see this in the output from the ebuild and/or in the > emerge-logfiles. everything is put to /var/lib/otrs/ The permissions don't fit the apache-user, and the file /var/lib/otrs/scripts/apache2-httpd.include.conf gives me headaches as well when put to /etc/apache2/vhosts.d I am unsure where to put it and fiddle around for hours already. That's why I would love the webapp-config-approach. S
