Add "graphite" to the USE flags of sys-devel/gcc. Then rebuild these:
dev-libs/gmp
dev-libs/mpfr
dev-libs/mpc
dev-libs/cloog-ppl
dev-libs/ppl
Hopefully this should make the graphite optimization flags work again.
