True enough, but I have a lot of hobbies. I may leave gentoo for a while and go on to something else completely different as the hard won knowledge dribbles away. All this time I've had a desktop which served my needs with a minimum of tweaking. Then I bought the tripleE, my first portable, with an SSD and only 4G of storage, acpi etc and my world changed. mw
