I point out that the idea of forming a formal Geoengineering Society and what its mission might be has been considerably discussed in these e-mails going back at least a year or more. It included a publication, an online newsletter, a meeting, a small operating staff and possibly some funding for research. The issue was and is where do we get sufficient money to support it? It is still THE issue. What would be the mission of a non profit Geoengineering foundation. Where would the support come from? Remember the Golden Rule. "He who has the gold makes the rules."
