is worth reading if you have not done so yet. It describes private meetings 
of the executive, security and environmental branches of a government that 
has, by this account, a firm grasp of both the urgency of, and failure of, 
the emissions-reductions-only strategy - and they are discussing SRM. Given 
their ample arctic real-estate they have the means as well as the motive to 
try it. That 'fait accompli' may be dis-accompli'd
