Yeah, some have redistribution issues so they cannot be integrated.
However, if someone is willing, it's possible to build a dummy jar that
would make stuff compile anyways, a jar with classes having the
same methods, but emtpy implementation wise.
That's how the Oracle JDBC code compiles without having the Oracle
driver around
