Hi Omar, not aware of a similar issue in the current versions of GeoServer. The links you've shared are not working, mind, would have been useful to use the layer preview to explore a bit more. Just to make sure, you are using the latest version of GeoServer, 2.17, or at least 2.16? If not, first thing to do is to try an upgrade
