Yeah... I think if we include the following in teh build we should cover
all the bases. All the rest we can throw out.

arcsde
db2
oracle
xml-*
postgis-versioned

Am I missing any?

I don't mind keeping them in the main download they are pretty much all
ready to get to supported status, its more or less just a formality now.
 Well maybe not oracle.
