I would like to keep the following in the 2.4 branch (as well as trunk) if
possible, but exclude them from the release (e.g. delete them from the tag
before release):
unsupported/coverageio
unsupported/coverageio-netcdf
As far as I'm concerned, the other modules may be excluded or deleted from 2.4
branch at your choice.
