Not sure what xsd is, I tried with WFSParsingTest and got your error.
Then, I "fixed" it, I think, with
Run > Open run Dialog... >>
Junit > WFSParsingTest > Classpath > Add External Jars,
and picked from my .m2 jaxb-api, -impl and -lib.
Well I got lots of errors but the tests pass. I'm told that 1.3 is a
very old version of JAXB.
So can you get your tests to pass if you do that? That would at least
confirm the current working theory.
