The instructions on the PDF ask you a code contribution be signed and sent in
the mail. What I am looking for is an email sent by you indicating that you are
covered under some agreement or other - that way we can give you commit access
and have a record of the communication. So if you are covered under a
pre-existing contributor agreement - then please just say so and we can move on
:-)
