Sorry, what i meant was ReferencedEnvelope3D would extend
ReferencedEnvelope and then whatever other concrete implementation required
would extend the existing 2D implementation in the same pattern. So the two
implementations could not sure a common super class (but could share a
common interface) but should be a transparent drop in for existing code.
