Hey Victor,

It looks like version 8.0 does not exist in jira, although "8.0.0" did. I
have changed that back to "8.0". We also  need to transfer all resolved
issues that have a fixVersion of "8.0-RC3" to the "8.0" fixVersion. I have
done this.

Generally you need to run the jira job before you run the public job. I
created 8.1-RC1 as the next version.
