It is the wrong revision because you used the wrong build. wfs-1.1-master
--> master
branch, not 2.2.x.
wfs-1.1 is tracking the 2.2.x series now, so that should be the one to use

Btw, this means we have no coverage for 2.1.5, we're going to release it

knowing for sure if it's CITE compliant
