Yeah. when we last updated the cite tests to run against the latest
versions it required a lot of changes to 2.2.x (trunk at the time). So
technically 2.1.5 (and more or less all the 2.1.x releases) are not cite
compliant anyways. Also generally when a new stable branch is cut i phase
out the old jobs, except for the main build job, because that server is so
busy as it is.
