Then I guess it is wiser for me to switch to the JMapPane with memory caching, and benefit from the latest GeoTools features such as the new mosaic coverage. But I am looking forward the GO-1 renderer.

I guess that it would be approximatively one month at full time. As Jody said, I
was supposed to do this work a very long time ago, but up to now I have always
been trapped in other tasks, so I think that I can not venture to make anymore
prediction...
