They probably just need a chinchilla dust bath.  Some people use cornmeal
as it is cheaper, but chinchilla dust is best for their fur.

Fluffy, dry fur, listless behavior, loss of appetite, clicking sound while
breathing.  Sounds like they are doing fine.  Are they using a water

Hmm I've never used fish tetracycline so I haven't a clue!  Somebody else
will though, surely.  :)
