I have an idea:

You could take out one of the younger ones from the trio and introduce it to
the other younger one.  You'll then have two female pairs.

which are the same the same age the as the gerbil that I want to introduce.
Does that matter.  I really dont want to seperate the group.  If not is
there anyway I can get another gerbil from the pet store.  This is a lst
