I know what a Degu looks like ;) I rescue them and am currently
owned by two (named Degubah and yoda - and don't blame me, I
didn't name them :)).  I have only seen one pic of a "blue" and never
seen a melanistic nor a black.  I was thinking aloud to my mate
here that if we had such a degu we might be able to start the
diversity of colour we see in the charming gerbil :)!

Sooo...how hard is it to import rodentia from Europe to Canada?
