You are missing the whole story. Lisa has in the past blatantly ignored the
good advice of others and has even gone out of her way to condemn and insult
others with petty and/or unfounded complaints. This girl has shown to have a
disregard for the well being of her pets and in caring for them properly.
Others have been very patient and kind to her in the past and have tried to
help her on many occasions . So before you pounce on others, you should get
the whole story. People are fed up with her already.
