Hi Claudia,   You have a great resource in Julian and Jackie.  They are members of this list and are from the UK.   Are you a member of the National Gerbil Society, NGS?  This is a great organization, and a wonderful resource.  I often go through their pages when I have a question.   I would suggest contacting Julian.  I believe that he is the owner of this list.  Right now he has been incredible busy, so occasionally his email responses are a bit slow.   I hope this helps, Janet Morrow President American Gerbil Society
