No.
It is consistent

C is a reference to a CONTROL ... not a RadioButton
Control is the superclass and has no value property

But, you can tell what specific subclass of control you have (using ISA)
And, because you can tell that it ISA Radiobutton you can cast the control reference to a RADIOBUTTON reference to access the properties, like value, that are specific to readiobuttons

It has more to do with OOP and inheritance than consistency
