For me, it sounds like a Mac exception. How did you figure it's a
Win32 one?
Just that in all my years of using RB on a Mac, I've never seen it
present such a dialog box (which is what it sounds to me like the
OP is
describing). You see such things in a crash log, yes, but I don't
think that's what he's talking about.
Well. There's an hidden feature (that you can switch using some
utilities) on Mac OS X which allows you to choose one of those 3
options:
"When a crash occurs:"
(o) Show "unexpectedly quit" dialog box
( ) Show report dialog box
( ) Show nothing
On my system, I chose the 2nd option which shows the same report as
logged by the system. It's an habit for me, so I thought you spoke
about Mac OS (where the exception text is the same as the one written
in the question).
