Hi Bart

My attempt, using RB206r3 pro, seems to work using the IDE. No runtime code is needed.

1) Create your constants, with all the appropriate variations.
2) Create your listbox
3) Make sure the listbox property HasHeading is checked.
4) Set the InitialValue for the headings using #YourConstantName as you would expect.

In my test, I used Mac Mach-O and Mac Carbon PEF as the alternatives for Ttl, and an InitialValue of #Ttl.
The headings showed up properly in the two different builds.

Hope that helps.

Hi List,

i think the title says it all.
I would like to use constants to accomodate for multiple languages
So for a button I set the caption to #nameofconstant. in the IDE
Now I would like to do the same for Listheadings. This doesn't seem to work (not when set in the IDE)
So the question:
Is this not supported or do I have to code this?

If I have to code maybe a small example?

Two colums
Project-id Projects (only projects is visible, and needs to be translated)

So the projects string needs to be replaced with #kProjectsstring

TIA

Bart
