The error is the same:

Is it a windows-only/mcode problem?
Literal and floating point gives me one wild idea.
How is your decimal written? Can 1,234 be same as 1.234 elsewhere and this ends
up being locale problem?
I've been hit by this a couple of times, but not with VHDL.
