**System Specs** OS: Arch Linux GPU: Nvidia Drivers: nvidia-open 590.48.01-4 Geany: 2.1-2 X11: xorg-server 21.1.21-1 WM: i3 4.25-1 Picom: 12.5-3 I have added geany to all the picom options to exclude it, but it still lags. 1. Lags when mouse clicking - click sections quickly and it takes 1 second for it to move to where I clicked. 2. Lags when typing sometimes slow input 3. Click anywhere on the UI to do something it lags I like the picom config setup I have, it works good, and everything on my box works good. Geany is the only problem I have with picom, and this really surprised me, for such a light weight application it doesn't work well with picom. I really hope this can be fixed/changed, I've used geany for many years with picom, and I've only started running into this lag just a few months ago.
