Setting the env variable in our testing is not really a "proper" fix, though? While that fixes it on our side, IMO we can't expect every user to have to set this env variable to avoid getting segfaults? Do we know why it is segfaulting when that env variable is not set (when the timezone database is not set)? Is that something in the ORC library itself that would need to be fixed?
