### Rationale for this change Prior PR #50943 switched requirements-test.txt and requirements-wheel-test.txt to use the Pandas nightly builds for 3.15 support. This PR undoes those changes, now that Pandas 3.0.6 has support for Python 3.15: https://pandas.pydata.org/docs/whatsnew/v3.0.6.html#pandas-3-0-6-is-now-compatible-with-python-3-15 ### What changes are included in this PR?
