Follow-up: I ran the same exercise against the EUIPO trademark search results (294 records total across pages 1–3, exported as .xls from eSearch plus). Note: unlike the USPTO export, EUIPO's file gives Nice class **numbers** only (no goods-and-services text). I filtered to LIVE marks in classes 9 (software), 42 (SaaS/tech services), 35 (business/data services), 38 (telecom/data transmission) — 113 records.
