@parthchandra I checked line 223. It's in the contributor guide's list of places where Comet adapts iceberg-rust to match iceberg-java, not in the accepted divergences, and this PR rewrote that bullet. It now says that all four time transforms of a timestamp go through Comet's kernels, and the #6426 sentence describes the iceberg-rust behavior the kernels route around.
