@kosiew addressed: `ForeignPhysicalExtensionCodec` now forwards the active scalar subquery results scope through an ABI-safe `FFI_ScalarSubqueryResults` handle (values cross as prost-encoded bytes), and added a forced-foreign end-to-end `ScalarSubqueryExec` roundtrip test.
