Hi, I've perused numerous websites, and have even bought a couple of pairs of glasses from zenni optical and optical4less. As a sufferer of nickel allergy, I tend to stick to the plastic frames, but I must say I'm only semi-happy with my two purchases thus far. I have a feeling that these companies do better with metal frames (And I'm willing to give them another shot to try them out), but I can't seem to find much information about what material the "metal" frames are made of. Is the metal used nickel-free? Goggles4u just says "light metal," and even if I click on the link for "bendable metal titatnium," when I bring up a pair of glasses the metal type is still listed as "light metal."
Anyone else out there have nickel allergy? --~--~---------~--~----~------------~-------~--~----~ Check us out at the oft-updated http://www.glassyeyes.com!
