I purchased glasses from Myopticalshop on August 10th, 2008.  I
received and returned two pairs because the lenses were not made
correctly.  I am awaiting my glasses, yet again.  I CANNOT GET
MYOPTICALSHOP TO RESPOND TO ANY EMAILS!!!

HELP!  It is now FIVE months later, and I still have no glasses.  Have
they gone out of business or something?  It would be bad enough to
lose what I paid them, but I also sent them a pair of brand new
Silhouette frames so they could install the new lenses in them.  I
just don't know what to do.  I fear that they have lost my glasses,
and are avoiding me because they don't want to have to replace my
Silhouette frames.  Or else, maybe they have gone out of business, and
I am left out my money, out my frames, and with no glasses.

IRA (or anyone else with ideas),

What should I do??
