Deborah, I'm not sure what to do about this. I've had a couple of people ask why I don't cover MyOpticalShop and the answer is I never received a response to a question I sent them. In fact two emails went unanswered.
This is the case with most of the retailers out there -- but not the ones on the site. I can help with issues that arise with 4 of the retailers.
