I've already bought 2 pair of glasses from goggles4u without a
problem, but on 26 October 2008 I ordered my last ones (the third
pair).

So let me put this in a chronological way:
- 26 October, sent an email asking for a repeat refund
- 10 November, no news on refund sent another email asking for it
- 28 November, they replied saying they processed the refund
- 28 November, still no glasses, so I've sent them an email asking for
where would my glasses be
- 2 December, they replied saying that they were seeing what happened
to them
- 4 December, I've replied to them saying that on my postoffice
nothing has arrived to me (they asked me to go there)
- 10 December, I've sent them another email saying that they didn't
answer my email and that I couldn't accept that I still didn't have
the glasses
- 13 December, They replied saying that the glasses were lost in
transit ,  and asking me if I would want a replacement glasses, I
replied them immediatly saying that replacement would be fine
- 16 December, I get the authorization coupoun, and bingo my frame
were sold out, had to choose another one, I selected the new one
imediatly, and sent them an email saying that (they asked for it)
- 20 December, They reply saying that they will process the order
- 7 January, Hapiness!! My new glasses arrive, sent them an email
imediatly saying that the glasses arrived
- 8 January, received a reply saying thank you for the confirmation
- 8 January, Big headache at the middle of the afternoon, something
was wrong with the glasses, went to the optometrist and bingo, PD
instead of 67 was 76mm (maybe someone just switched the numbers),
besides minor error in the prescription
- 8 January, I've sent them an email saying that the glasses were with
a wrong prescription
- 12 January, Sent them an email asking for a reply to my previous
email
- 21 January, Sent another email asking for a reply to my previous
email

And thats it, 3 months have passed and I still don't have the glasses
(that I can wear).
