Yet another Zenni datapoint. Ordered 1/31, received 2/20. Took a little long I suppose, but I anticipated that after reading all the reviews, plus the whole chinese new year/lunar year thing. No biggie. I did email once during the process to check when my order would be shipping (sent to the lab's gmail address) and they got back to me within about a day and a half. Very polite response, and accurate too.
Also, I don't think they were shipped directly from HK; I got my order in a white bubble wrap envelope marked with Zenni's California address. There were two plain white-ish glasses cases inside, the glasses were wrapped in a microfiber cloth, and put into a baggie, etc. I can do pictures if anyone wants me to. Prescription seems fine...? I'm a brand new glasses wearer, so I don't have much experience to go on here. Left eye seems perfect, right eye "feels" a little strong -- but it's the same in both pairs of glasses I ordered, so I imagine this is just me getting used to the prescription more than anything else -- especially since my right eye has spherical correction while my left eye is cylindrical only. I'll wear them a few days and see how it goes, get them checked when I have the chance, etc, etc. Overall quality/build is good. They're on par with my mom's 250+ dollar glasses. All in all, I'm pleased. I'm going to take some time to see how I settle into this prescription and if I don't have to have anything adjusted, I'll be ordering some sunglasses and another set of daily frames from Zenni soon.
