WHEN did you call?

I've had the most success at 9am (not 9:05) Pacific time.  You get right
into the queue, and only have to hold a short time...unless you get extra
lucky and call in first.

Couldn't agree more about their phone system, though...it DESPERATELY needs
an upgrade.
