Hi I hope someone is gonna be able to help me. On the day of the 2 for 1 sale at EyeBuyDirect I bought 2 glasses.As far as I know everithing went as normal,but weeks and weeks passed and I've recieved nothing.Yesterday they sent me an e-mail:

But we just received the returned of your glasses, items due to any of these reasons : 1. insufficient shipping address 2. no recipient And here is the address we shipped your glasses to, kindly check if it is the correct address: adress, street city,postal code province,contry We will wait for your reply on this concern and resend your glasses to you when we get the correct shipping address. I changed the address to keep it personnal.But it was exactly like I made it here so you can see and explain to me.I buy frequently online and a few times from hong kong,never a shiiping delay.The adress form looks fine to me. I gave them a slightly different address form,hoping it was the problem. The "2. no recipient" well,I don't understand at all.First,I'm not even sure what they mean.I live in Canada,in Quebec city,an I talk french.I'm just not sure what they mean.Do they need someone to answer at the door for the box?If so,whe are in trouble.Me and my husband are working full time outside the house.I don't know how it's called,the thing where the postman put the letters and the small boxes at our door.That thing is quite small.Maybe it is the problem? But even then,we should normally have been able to go to the post office and grab the box.It happened frequently in the past.No one was at home,the guy gave us a paper telling us where our box was,and we were able to go take it at the post office. I know my question may look stupid.But I need my glasses quickly and I don't know what went wrong or exactly how to make sure everything will go fine this time. Is there someone here frome Canada who could tell me how it went for them?
