If you pulled out a magnifying glass and looked at the Zenni pair, you
would find something similar.
Mine has a +225 which is my ADD power for the reading portion of the
lenses.
I would guess your ADD power is +1.50.
On the inside of my Zenni pair, it's not a +0 but a capital "D".

I believe the markings have something to do with aligning the segment
height (fitting height), but I could be wrong.
