Let me guess, you wear your glasses very high on your nose (almost
touching your face), correct?

I had the same problem. Seems Zenni (and most of the others) set the
fitting height (seg height) at around 40% of the total lens height. On
shorter lenses, that is going to be a problem, but it can be with
taller lenses also to a degree.
Zenni will not do this, but you could ask some of the other vendors if
they will lower the seg height approx. 3 to 5 mm lower for your next
purchase. Also, I'd go with the tallest lenses I was comfortable
wearing. The pair I have are 37mm tall.
