This is my first experience with this place, and it seems like a
mess.  It's now been 3 weeks since I placed an order.  After 2 weeks
they told me they couldn't find my rx.  I emailed it, and never heard
anything again, assuming it was all set.  After 3 days my account
online still said there was a problem.  I contacted customer service
again, and they still couldn't find my rx.  I've just resent it again,
and hope to actually get my glasses sometime in 2009.  I'm not feeling
too confident about the 2 pairs that I ordered arriving without
problems.
I'm going to be trying somewhere else next time.
