well, got them today. disappointed.
partly because of my own error, partly because even if I hadn't mad\\e a mistake in reading my scrip they still made an error too. so here's the letter I wrote. I got the glasses today. Unfortunately the prescription is wrong. It's partly my fault and partly incorrect work on one of the pairs. This is what the prescription SHOULD be -425 -125 150 (Right) -500 -075 020 (Left) I took them to the glasses store in my town one pair (rimless I think is -425 -125 010 -500 -075 003 the other is -425 -125 017 -500 -050 004 I will admit to having read the axis wrong myself. However, the second pair is still .25 off in the cylinder which would be an error in any case. How can we remedy this in a timely and efficient fashion? I am still interested in glasses. I apologize for my error, but it seems there are errors on both sides today. Robin How do you think this will turn out? I hope they are responsive. I also hope that I dont have to ship the glasses back to Hong Kong. SIGH.
