By admitting that you entered the prescription wrong, they may have an "out"
from their end.

If it had been me, I would have entered in the information used in the
order...and the information from having them checked.  Since there is a
discrepancy, *they* made an error...your erroneous entries are beside the
point.

One point they will make is that a deviation of .25 is almost unnoticeable,
and may fall within "tolerances."
