Hey Thom, I had a similar problem to you with a pair of memory titanium frames from Zenni, however it was completely my fault. You see I loved to show my freinds how flexible the frames were and would take them off and bend them in half or twist the arms into a knot. After about 15 months of this abuse they finally snapped right in the middle of the bridge. I emailed Zennis to see if I could purchase some new frames (since I had progressive and photochromic lenses in these) and was told they had a process for this, the only real stipulation seems to be that they still have your original frame in stock. In fact they allow you to purchase the frame for 1/2 price. I did this for mine, but was a little worried about installing the lenses into the half rim frames so I took them to my local Walmart optical and they changed them over for me for a small fee (I think I paid $10) and they even did all the adjustments afterwards for me, so all in all I was very pleased. Here's the info from Zenni's site about getting replacement frames, hope it helps. http://zennioptical.com/cart/pages.php?pageid=18
