Yes, it sounds as if there was something amiss even as I was placing
my order originally. I remember after I selected the glasses and
entered my prescription, the price quote was something like $300. When
I got to the confirmation page, I got the $175 I was expecting. Now
that I think about it, maybe the $300 price was if the frame was not
on sale (the frame I selected was on sale for $98). For the others who
have purchased a frame on sale from Coastal Contacts, did a similar
behavior occur for you?

Fortunately Coastal Contacts customer service has been very good so
far. They have already created a new order for me - and this time I
verified that the prescription is correct. They recommended that I not
even open the package from them. Instead, I should just mark it return
to sender and they will ship my new glasses as soon as they receive
the incorrect one. Fortunately I'm not hurting for a new pair of
glasses. I just want a back-up pair. The interesting thing is that
this time, I received a PDF invoice from Coastal Contacts. For my
first order, I never received a PDF invoice from Coast Contacts. This
sort of leads me to believe that maybe when I placed my order, the
Coastal Contacts back-end systems may have been going through some
sort of update or maybe it had a hiccup of sorts.

Thanks,
Rory
