actually our russian friend shoudl consider translating from french
(if that is possible for him)
there is a good reason not to strat with an english original because in
french like in many continental languages there is not only the
conjugaison des verbes but also changes in adjectives based on gender
and number of the substantif and cahnges due to function in teh
senctence COD/COI , and the inflections of articles and pronouns
in english this results now already in double entries like "accepté"
and "acceptée" translated as "granted"
if your original is in english then all other languages such as french
will encounter transaltion problems where there is only one "granted"
entry for at least following translation options "accepté" "acceptés"
"acceptée" and "acceptées" ... especially in single word entries
this wil result in an overflow of "translation" errors

Yes it was a potential reason. In 0.384, the source language will be
english permitting to avoid suc a trouble.
this is not critical, just a bit confusing.
with your notes, i think ru_RU locale should be fixed, to be more
clear. for example:
$LANG['central'][9]="Мои заявки в работе";
$LANG['joblist'][13]="Назнченные мне заявки в работе";
I updated the dictionnaries based on your proposal.
