GLPI usage question:

You can open a ticket on a computer by selecting the correct computer,
then going to the "Tickets" tab, and at the bottom there is the option
for "New ticket for this item...
<http://10.10.10.17/glpi/front/ticket.form.php?items_id=20&itemtype=Computer>".

However, devices and printers don't seem to have this option (New ticket
for this item...
<http://10.10.10.17/glpi/front/ticket.form.php?items_id=20&itemtype=Computer>)
How do you open a ticket for a specifice device/printer?


Second question:

When I have equipment that dies (device, computer or printer) I want to
mark item this as "removed", and  move this out of my active inventory
but still keep it in the database for management records. How can I do this?
