Hi Mustafa, What is your 'reference class' line set to in your config file? It should either be commented out or equal to 'Sequence'.
The schema is defined by the table_definitions subroutine of Bio::SeqFeature::Store::DBI::mysql, but is not particularly queryable, since the feature data are stored as serialized Bio::SeqFeature objects.
